The association of parents and friends of deafblind children is a voluntary, not-profit organisation, founded in 2001.

Its main goal is to improve the quality of care for children with the visual and hearing impairment combined, to assert the rights and needs of this impaired children and to ensure their living conditions in adulthood. Another aim is the maximum integration of the deafblind children into the society, organising educational events, programmes and activities for them as well as their families and, last but not least, ensuring their future.
